Worst hotel out of 100 recent hotels I stayed

please be careful of their attitude. They are very agressive and refused to cancel the room after we complained that no working pool or gym on-site and wanted to move to another accomendation. I stayed for over 100 hotels in the past 5 years and experienced such a rude attitude for the first time ever. Beware

Beautiful property and proximity/view to water

Bed and sofa were too firm. Fitness center was closed on one day due to maintenance.

Aesthetically pleasing hotel but not functionalWe got a 2-bedroom but there are only 2 hooks to hang towels at so what about the other people with us?No shelving so all our clothes were stored inside the suitcases insteadWeird layout: In our 2-bedroom unit, the common bathroom is the one with the shower while the ensuite is just a powder room! It's the first time I've seen this.We stayed at the resort side but the breakfast buffet is only on the hotel side. There’s a wait time of at least 30 minutes everyday. For such a huge property (hotel + resort), there should either be a bigger buffet restaurant or have 2 buffet restaurants.Most of the staff doesn't have a good command of English

The hotel was located infront of a beach side where the sunrises. View was amazing. The facility had an infinity pool which was fun to use. The cafe downstairs had amazing food as well, their hotel breakfast was soo good.

Lovely property which was refurbished last year. We loved our huge junior suite in the resort building :). Breakfast is a choice of continental or 1 of 3 korean sets (beef bone soup, abalone porridge or kimchi stew). We tried all 3 korean choices, they are all delicious but wished they were a little more generous with the abalone for the porridge. There is also a bakery in the hotel building, which has good bakes and also serves coffee. It was a little noisy in the evenings as there is some sort of amusement park or show nearby, but the noise does stop around 10pm. There are a lot of food options on the street right next to the resort building exit. We did choose this property for the tennis court. So we were a bit disappointed that the tennis court was not really a proper one, it was more of a basketball court surface :(

The hotel was perfect! We stayed in the ocean-view room and the view was breathtaking. In-room dining quality was also good. All facilities (restaurants, bakery, stores)are very good and have high quality.

We booked for 3 people stay - the hotel confirmed that 3people stay doesn’t require any extra charge. However through 3 night stay, we had to call the front desk or run down to concierge to get one more set-up: slippers, towels, coffee/tea. Our message to request 3 people set-up never reached to anywhere. If the hotel requires extra charge for setup, this hotel needs to inform the guest upfront-i would rather pay the extra charge then call up the front desk all the time.

Amazing views, great room size. Location was great for me as i wanted to be on the east coast but other travellers might prefer something closer to Seogwipo or in Jungmun.

Wish the AC would get cooler . In my room, the lowest temperature overnight was about 23.5 C although I set it at 18.

-The 24h convenience store was the best part of this hotel. -Location next to the sea, with great views even from the non-sea side. Local restaurants and cafes around at walking distance.-Lots of comfortable sunbeds at the pool-Table tennis and billiard available for free-Room (hotel) is clean and spacious. The property overall looks gorgeous!

-when I booked a room via Booking, it was actually unclear to me that they have separate rooms for Hotel vs Resort that also come with separate amenities! For example the resort has an adults-only pool with pool bar whereas the hotel has just a regular pool.-restaurants on-site are way too expensive. I did not buy one meal there. It just doesn’t seem worth it considering I can eat for 1/3 of the price by a 5min walk outside.-the A/C in the room remained at 21-22 degrees celcius, despite turning it to 18. It was too hot during the night.-the pillows are very low quality and do not provide any support. Please change!-I don’t know if this is something Korean or just a strange rule of this hotel, but every 10min before the hour everyone had to get out of the pool for a 10min break. Apparently because of “safety”?-why do I need to register to use the pool? Unclear and unnecessary rule. I don’t like rules when I’m on vacation and this hotel has just too many!-the worst part to me was that they did not provide any free water at the hotel pool. It was very hot 30+ degrees, yet I had to either BUY water (???) or go back to my room to get the free bottle. This is unseen for a five star hotel.

Parking could be better organized/enforced. EV charging could be more centrally located near the parking. Finally, replacing slippers every day in each room is a bit excessive and very wasteful - there should be one pair of slippers provided per guest for the entire length of the stay and more can be provided only when requested.

The resort was in a good location and attractive architecturally with well maintained gardens and pools.

They had no idea of how to deal with a gluten allergy despite me alerting the hotel on booking. My husband is allergic to gluten and all what, barley based products. The hotel was rigid, restrictive and poorly informed despite having 3 restaurants they couldn’t even offer grilled meat.

Staff are fabulous. Bar staff also great. Prices are a little high for drinks but it’s a 5 star place so understandable. Spa facilities world class.

ATM only dispenses 100,000 won so bring more cash or head to bank. Front desk can change money though.

I had an amazing experience at the Haevichi Resort. Our room was spacious and had a nice view of the old village and hills. The amenities were on point and the hotel was very family friendly. The staff was friendly and the hotel is near a lot of local restaurants and the beach is easy to access. You can rent fun beach equipment near by and the water is crystal clear. There were interesting art installations all over the island and I had a wonderful time.

Clean and spacious hotel.. Pyosun beach is not as crowded as Seogwipo or Jeju city, but has some good restaurants around. Service and staffs and well managed.

They were renovating resort buildings. Some entrances and facilities were closed….

Very nice and spacious rooms with the most comfy bed and linen! Wow, slept like a baby. Had drinks & snacks in the bar, lovely! Quick breakfast and a coffee from the bakery - so yummy! Bought a salad and a sandwich for the road, again very very good!My husband asked for a sea view room at check in and we got one on the top floor - fantastic!
